BRIDGES CDC, Unity Properties, and WinnDevelopment are proud to announce the proposed development of the Residences at Belvedere Place, a new mixed-use affordable housing community in Park Heights, Baltimore City, Maryland. The team has assembled a group of vacant and underutilized parcels located on Belvedere Avenue and Palmer Avenue, directly across from the Pimlico Race Course. The project will create 83 affordable apartments, resident amenity space both indoors and out, on-site parking, and space for community-serving retail.

Presently, the proposed site is occupied by a vacant house, a former auto repair shop and an open lot.
