New Phone Regrets
We finally gave our teen a phone for school, and within a week the screen time exploded. I am not trying to be strict, just realistic. Can someone recommend parental control software that helps build better habits without constant arguments at home?

Oh man, week one is BRUTAL. We handed my daughter a phone "for emergencies" and by day 3 she had TikTok, Snapchat, and was basically glued to it during dinner.
The arguing was the worst part honestly. Every "put it down" turned into World War III until I found SpyBubble Pro and it kinda saved us? Instead of me being the bad guy, the app just enforces limits we agreed on together. School hours = focus mode, bedtime = phone locks automatically. No more battles.
Coolest thing was seeing her actual usage stats because SHE didn't even realize she was picking it up 90 times a day. Seeing the numbers made her go "oh...yeah that's a lot" without me lecturing her about it.
Still checks it constantly but at least now there's structure and we're not fighting every night. Turns out teens actually kinda want boundaries they just won't admit it
